The Pink Elephant Challenge #11

Hi Everyone!! It is Monday and you all know what that means! It's time for another super fun challenge at The Pink Elephant! This week, we are honoring Earth Day on April 22nd with a fun challenge to reuse something on your project. We want to see some fun things used on your cards, layouts, etc rather than tossing them in the trash!
Here is my creation for the challenge:

I used a TON of the tags that came off of my girls' clothing. I am always amazed at the fun tags that are on their clothes. It seems like just as much work goes into the tags as into the clothing itself anymore!! The two long white banner type tags are canvas and I just used the backside. These are attached to their jeans with a cute pin and the style (skinny leg, hipster, etc) is written on them. The banner tag that says "enjoy" is the back of a paper tag from a shirt. The large pink tag hung on a pair of dress pants of Shelby's and I liked the shape, so I just covered it with cardstock. The round tag is actually a gift tag that hung on a gift bag and I loved the rhinestone center, etc. Finally, all of the rhinestones are ones that have fallen off of various jeans after washing. The only thing that was new on this card is the cardstock and Prima flowers.
Materials: PAPER-Cascata (WorldWin Papers), STAMPS-Happy Birthday (Hero Arts), Alpha stamps (EKSuccess), INK-Versafine-Vintage Sepia/Versamark (Tsukineko) OTHER-Embossing Folder-Swiss Dots (ProvoCraft), Prima Flowers, Pearl Ex- Pearl White (Jacquard), Clothing Tags, Rhinestones

Be sure to check out what the rest of the TPE design team has created for the challenge this week!! Thanks for stopping by!
Have a creatively wonderful week!
