The Pink Elephant Challenge #7

Hi Everyone! It's time for another challenge at The Pink Elephant! This week is our sketch challenge. I just love sketches! I had the priviledge of making this one and I hope you all have some fun with it! Here is my attempt at it:

I embossed the front of the card. It is too big to all fit in the folder, so I did it sideways, starting at the top fold of the card first. Then, I did the bottom 1/4 of the card. There is a small seam where they don't match up. To be honest, it wasn't all the noticeable once I added the large panel, but I did cover it with the ribbon because I wanted to add ribbon :) I stamped and colored Miss Anya with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. I added some coral Twinkling H2Os to the tulips to add some sparkle. Cut and embossed her with a Nestabilities, layered onto the green panel and then onto a brown one with a scalloped edge. The three embellishments are Rain Dots that I applied to the green paper and cut out. Punched brown circles and layered them together. I tied a ribbon around the bottom and added the main panel with pop dots.

Materials: PAPER: Colormates-Light Glorious Green, Medium Graceful Geranium/Cascata - Coffee (WorldWin Papers) STAMPS; Miss Anya (The Greeting Farm) INK: Versafine -Vintage Sepia (Tsukineko) OTHER: Prismacolor Pencils/Gamsol, Twinkling H2Os-Deep Coral (Luminarte), Nestabilities-Scalloped Petite Oval (Spellbinders), Cuttlebug Embossing Folder-D'Vine Swirls (ProvoCraft), Treading Water Border Punch (Fiskars), Rain Dots-clear (Cloud 9), Circle punch, Sheer ribbon, Pop Dots, Paper Trimmer/Scissors (Fiskars), Tape N Roller Plus (Kokuyo)

Thanks for stopping by! Have a creatively wonderful day!
