I created this card with good intentions.
But, I just wasn't happy with the colors. I printed off the sentiment and then stamped the B on a circle cut from Nesties. I will say that it looks better in person because the deeper tones on the embossed areas are actually glittery and so is the monogram piece. I brayered Versamark on the inside of the folder and then sprinkled glitter ep over the entire panel. But, I just wasn't overly happy with this.
So, I decided to try one more card....
UGH!! This one looked so much better in my head too!! I thought this could be such a cute card, but it just is not cute at all. I decided it was safest to surrender and not try another card.
Oh well...I hope you all play along over at TPE and come up with some fun monogram creations!! I can't wait to see them.

Tried to comment earlier Robin and blogger went wappy on me so fingers crossed that it will work this time. As usual your projects are just fabulous - I love the birthday green and black one especially - it's so dramatic.

Really fun colors, Robin!!! I love the embossing you did in the first card.
These are great, Robin! I really love that glittery green. That embossing folder is STILL one that I don't own, but I ALWAYS look at when I see it. One of these days, I'll break down and buy it.
