b mine...

Oh how I love Valentines Day! I don't know why, really. I just love the sweet, romanticness (is that a word?) of it all. Cupid always brings my girls a small box of chocolate, a cute stuffed animal and a card. Of course, my husband is a little 'practical' and I don't always get much from him! lol It doesn't take away the beauty of this holiday for me one bit, though.

I had to make a card with this stamp from Art Declassified. I absolutely LOVE their stamps! This one is so 'sensual' looking to me. I decided that I wanted to do a polished stone background. I haven't played with my alcohol inks in forever! I covered the chipboard letter with WorldWin Paper's new line called Ruche. It is the COOLEST paper ever!! So soft and textured and yummy!! The word "mine" is printed on vellum, torn and run through my little Xyron 150 to adhere it to the card.
Materials:
Hi Gloss-white smooth, Colormates-Heritage Black, Inkjet Printable Vellum, Ruche-red (WORLDWIN Papers)
Love Bites stamp (Art Declassified)
Memories black inkpad (Stewart Superior)
Basic Grey chipboard alpha
Adirondack alcohol inks-Red Pepper, Cranberry, Raisin, Silver mixative (Ranger)
Black webbing spray (Krylon)
Scriptina font
